BIO information

I earned my Florida Real Estate Agent’s License in 1997. After a few years as a Realtor I had the opportunity to learn the new construction side of the business as a Sales Representative for a builder in the Melbourne, Palm Bay area. I spent three years finding lots, helping customers acquire financing, and guiding them through the process of building their new homes. An offer to work for a custom builder brought me to the Vero Beach area for about a year where I learned more about new construction and high end renovations. I had always wanted to invest in Real Estate so I followed that dream.

I loved the challenge of being out on my own and enjoyed the flexible hours which allowed me to spend more time with my growing family. I'm still an avid Real Estate Investor but now at Coldwell Banker Ed Schlitt, Realtors in Melbourne, I've combined that with a passion for helping families find that special home that they can call their own.

My wife Ellen and I have been married 19 years, and have three children. We've been members of Covenant Presbyterian Church for 11 years. If I'm not doing something related to real estate (I have a Real Estate addiction) you’ll find me spending time with my family…or maybe playing golf...maybe even some basketball.
